who will provide program development, planning, guidance and support to ensure that business objectives and customer satisfaction are met, for audio and video conferencing services across Europe, CEE and MEA.

The job:

  • Interfacing with external suppliers for negotiations of deals, identifying opportunity for improvement, billing inquiries/corrections, special requirements, managing service problems to resolution, regular meetings with suppliers, escalations as needed.
  • Interfacing internally with global CIO office and with all stakeholders in Europe and CEE/MEA as the end users of the conferencing services. Respond to questions from end users, addressing special requirements.
  • Owning and updating content on audio conferencing web pages, including IT Help Central, collaborating with global lead.
  • Interfacing internally with Europe voice & mobility leads and management.
  • Managing and driving audio and video global policies and guidelines in Europe and CEE/MEA aligned to global policies.
  • Managing and driving implementation of new audio and video services and migrations in Europe and CEE/MEA.
  • Implementing the management system to support global and EMEA-wide savings targets and cost takeout initiatives, build savings plan and track progress.
  • Creating and delivering monthly reporting on financials and project activities as part of Europe IOT performance reviews – financial and technology.
  • Owning the operational and financial metrics, monitor country costs.
  • Owning and managing end user satisfaction with audio and video conferencing.
  • Providing advice and counsel on a periodic basis to appropriate management and executives as related to conferencing services.
  • Driving implementation to the global video offering — meet with suppliers, Enterprise Global Network team, participate in developing business cases and video system implementation plans, drive supplier to complete tasks, replacing old video systems with either HD or telepresence systems, interlocking on desktop video strategy and plans for future implementation.

Az Adecco IT Academy eddigi legnépesebb (80 fős) rendezvényén Módly Zoltán, az EMC tanácsadója tartott szakmai előadást az adattárolási technológiák újdonságaikról. A tartalmas előadást követően Spiller László ismertette az Adecco Candidate International Mobility programját, melyet egy rendszermérnököknek szervezett mini állásbörze követett, hazai és külföldi ajánlatokkal.

Spiller László, az Adecco vezető tanácsadója, köszöntőjében hangsúlyozta, hogy a rekord számú résztvevő is azt bizonyítja, hogy az elmúlt évek munkája nem volt hiábavaló, hiszen immáron az Adecco IT Academy történetének 4. előadását szervezték meg. Az eddigi előadók olyan nagy neveket képviseltek, mint a Morgan Stanley, a Microsoft, vagy a Cisco. A résztvevők és az állandó tagok száma pedig előadásról előadásra nő. Jelenleg 825 regisztrált tagja van az Adecco IT Academy-nek, a hivatalos blogját pedig 8.347 alkalommal tekintették meg. Egyre többen jelentkeznek előadónak is, melynek köszönhetően már a következő két-három alkalom témája is megvan.

Módly Zoltán előadó szakterületei közé tartoznak az adattárolási megoldások, valamint az informatikai biztonság. Tapasztalatot szerzett nagyvállalati pre-sales konzultációban és komplex IT megoldások tervezésében.

Az előadás igazi csemege volt azoknak, akik az EMC innovatív adattárolási technológiáira voltak kíváncsiak, legyen szó akár egy olyan szakemberről, aki erre a területre specializálódott, vagy egy olyan döntéshozóról, aki egy közepes magyar vállalatot vezet.

Az előadásból képet kaphattunk az adattárolás kihívásiról, megismerhettük a piac aktuális trendjeit és az EMC innovatív válaszait. A korábban elsősorban  a nagyvállalati megoldásairól ismert és piacvezető gyártó termékei kis- és középvállalatok számára is elérhetőek és jól alkalmazhatóak, és rendkívül népszerűek a virtualizációs környezetekben. Ennek kulcsa többek között a virtualizációs környezetekkel történő magas fokú integrációban, valamint az adatok életciklusát automatikusan követő, mindig a leginkább költséghatékony tárolást megvalósító tiering megoldásban rejlik. Az előadás azt is megmutatta, hogy a kényelmetlen és megbízhatatlan szalagos mentéseket hogyan lehet költséghatékony módon diszkes deduplikációs megoldásra cserélni, és hogyan lett napjainkra realitás a szalagmentes működés. A közönség kedvence talán az EMC „időgép”, hivatalos nevén a RecoverPoint volt, amely lehetővé teszi, hogy probléma, adatvesztés vagy emberi hiba után – mintha visszatekernénk az idő kerekét – megkereshetjük a hiba előtti pillanatot, és adatainkat visszaállíthatjuk az annak megfelelő állapotba.

Miután a közönség egy igazi „hardcore” szakmai előadást hallhatott, több kérdést is intézett az előadóhoz, melyek alapos megválaszolása után kisorsolásra került egy Raspberry PI-t, az EMC jóvoltából.

A sorsolást követően Spiller László beszélt az informatika világának hazai és globális álláspiaci trendjeiről. Elmondta, hogy az International Mobility program lényegének megfelelően az Adecco helyi irodái és partnerei évek óta folyamatosa együttműködnek annak érdekében, hogy olyan álláskeresőknek találjanak munkát, akik külföldön szeretnének dolgozni. Az Adecco globális trendjeit elemezve László elmondta, hogy a legnagyobb mozgás Kelet-Európából a skandináv országokba történik, de jelentős a munka céljából történő átköltözés Ázsiából Észak-Amerikába és Dél-Amerikából az Ibériai-félszigetre. Az Adecco Magyarország jelenleg Írországba, Spanyolországba és Ausztráliába közvetít aktívan informatikusokat, de a jövőben várható, hogy többek között Norvégiában, Svédországban és Németországban is nyílnak olyan pozíciók, amelyeket magyar informatikusokkal szeretnének betölteni. A résztvevők figyelmét nagyban felkeltette az a részletes elemzés, amely az USA-ban legfelkapottabb IT pozíciók fizetési sávjairól szólt.

Óriási érdeklődés övezte a meghirdetett mini állásbörzét is, melyen az Adecco tanácsadói közel húszféle hazai és külföldi IT pozíciót ajánlottak az érdeklődőknek.

  • A Technical Support Associate should understand customer systems and configuration, analyze problems, identify defects and recommend solutions.

  • Setting customer expectations appropriately and accurately is also required.

The job:

  • Accountable for the delivery of a multi-million$ System Integration Project, on time, to agreed quality and within approved budget.
  • Management of RFP process for selection of appropriate vendors.
  • Management of estimation process for development, product and integration deliverables as input to detailed planning.
  • Detailed planning for execution and handover to operations of a major system integration project, including scheduling, establishment of commercial agreements and establishment of Project Controls (Risk and commercial).
  • Adherence to Governance requirements, project management methodologies and standards.
  • Accountable for Safety and Compliance within the Project.
  • Stakeholder Management (Program, Project, Vendor and customer).
  • Project Status reporting.

A következő nemzetközi piaci elemzésben pontos képet kapunk arról, hogy milyen tendenciák uralkodtak 2012-ben és nagyjából mi várható 2013-ban.

Az elmúlt évben világszerte a következő célországokba (host) sikerült a legtöbb jelöltet elhelyezni: Norvégia, Egyesült Arab Emirátusok, Kanada, Svájc és az USA. A legfőbb forrás országok (source) pedig, ahonnét a legtöbb jelöltet sikerült más országokba átvinni, a következők voltak: Lengyelország, Fülöp-szigetek, Franciaország, Egyesül Királyság és India.

Az nemzetközi állásokra elhelyezett jelöltek a következő területeken helyezkedett el: 26 % különböző szakmák területén, 15% az építőiparban, 13% a termelő-ipari szektorban, 10% az egészségügyben, 9% az IT szektorban és 8% mérnökként. Emellett sokan találtak munkát más országokban különböző call centerekben, logisztikai területen, a vendéglátásban, de nem elhanyagolható a kiközvetítet menedzserek száma sem.

Main profiles

Idén nagyjából 3000 nemzetközi álláslehetőség várható az Adecco Group International Mobility programján belül: 900 az Egyesült Arab Emirátusokban, 750 Norvégiában, 500 Kanadában, 500 az USA-ban, míg Franciaországban, Belgiumban, Új-Zélandon, Hollandiában, Finnországban és Svájcban 50 és 150 közé tehető ez a szám.
