Received issues on telephone, which he registered in the system, allocated to different experts on Level 2 and 3 and made reports on them.
Supported English and Indian users from the banking and financial industry.
Solved network issues, managed user rights, created, modified and deleted accounts, managed network printers, etc.
Escalated 35-40, or even 100 issues, daily.
Tools and technologies he had to utilize:
• Microsoft Exchange Server 2003
• Microsoft Outlook 2003
• Active Directory
• Windows XP and 2000
• IBM Tivoli
• Cisco Client VPN
