A minap forgatáson jártam a Babavilág műsorában, ahol arról konzultáltunk, hogy a kismamáknak a szülést követően milyen visszatérési lehetőségei vannak a munkaerő piacra. Ennek kapcsán összegezném a témával kapcsolatos gondolataimat.

Különböző kormányzati intézkedéseknek köszönhetően – mint például a Gyed Extra, amelyet jelenleg 42 ezren vesznek igénybe vagy a CSOK -, egyre nagyobb lett a családalapítási kedv az elmúlt években. Mindezek eredményeként: a termékenységi ráta 1,25 százalékról 1,5 százalékra nőtt.

Továbbá egyértelműen kimutatható, hogy csökkent a munkanélküliség, amely jelenleg 3,8 százalék, ugyanakkor ezzel párhuzamosan nőtt a munkaerőhiány is. A felsoroltak és egyéb tényezők miatt, a munkaadók sokkal nyitottabbak lettek arra, hogy alkalmazzák és visszavegyék a szülési szabadságukról visszatérni szándékozó kisgyermekes édesanyákat.

Munkaadói és kormányzati szinten egyaránt további intézkedéseket és megoldásokat látunk arra, hogy a szülés után visszatérő édesanyákat visszafogadják a munka világába.

Egyre népszerűbbek például a rugalmas foglalkoztatási formák, mint a részmunkaidő vagy a távmunka. Jelenleg, Magyarországon nagyjából 203 ezer fő dolgozik részmunkaidőben, amely az összes foglalkoztatott 4-5 százaléka, míg Hollandiában ugyanez a mutató 46 százalék körüli. Egyelőre utóbbi esetében is még nagy a lemaradásunk, hiszen a foglalkoztatottak mindössze 3 százaléka dolgozik távmunkában, holott 37 százalék választaná ezt.

További rugalmas és egyre népszerűbb lehetőség a „home office”, amely azt jelenti, hogy a próbaidőt követően, jó teljesítmény esetén, a munkáltató engedélyezi a dolgozó édesanyának, hogy heti 1-2 napot otthonról dolgozzon. Ez alapvetően egy bizalmi kérdés és a technikai feltételeket is biztosítani kell hozzá.

Megoldás lehet még a dolgozó édesanyák munkájának támogatásában, hogy nem idő, hanem teljesítmény alapon foglalkoztatjuk őket. Ez sokkal nagyobb szabadságot adunk nekik a munkaidő beosztásában.

A munkaidő keret bevezetésével, a törzsidő és a peremidő meghatározásával tovább növelhetjük azt a rugalmasságot, amely a kismamák munkába való visszailleszkedését és hosszú távú eredményességét támogathatja.

Hazánkban számos olyan magánvállalkozás által fenntartott bölcsőde működik, mely a munkavégzés helyén található, így megoldja a kisgyermekek egész napos felügyeletét, amíg az édesanyjuk dolgozik. Ezzel megoldással nemcsak a szülők, de a munkaadók is időt és energiát takarítanak meg.

Érdemes azt is megemlíteni, hogy nemrégiben bevezetésre került, hogy minden olyan településen kötelező bölcsődét üzemeltetni, ahol több mint 40 három év alatti gyermek él. Továbbá megyei karrier központok létesültek, amely szintén a kisgyermekes anyukák munkába való visszatérését segíti.

Úgy vélem, hogy a munka világába visszatérni szándékozó édesanyák mindenképpen tájékozódjanak korábbi munkáltatójuknál visszavételük lehetséges feltételeiről, továbbá arról, hogy a munkaerő piacon milyen szakmák, képességek, készségek és tudás iránt van kereslet. Amennyiben a kisgyermek mellett van idejük, akkor ezeknek az információknak a birtokában képezzék tovább magukat.

Sokéves IT fejvadász tapasztalatom alapján, egyértelműen kijelenthetem, hogy az egyik legnagyobb munkaerő hiánnyal küszködő terület az informatika, ezért mindenképpen javasolnám az édesanyáknak, hogy tájékozódjanak arról, hogy milyen lehetőségeket rejt ez a terület számukra. Köztudottan kevés nő dolgozik az informatikai szektorban, ezért úgy vélem, hogy ez a terület még mindig sokak számára jelenthet kitörési pontot.
