Service Delivery Manager
who will be responsible for managing financial client services.
- Service performance management.
- Client management.
- Monitor, control and support service delivery.
- SLA maintenance.
- Operation performance improvement based on analysis.
- Managing the operations team.
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT.
- At least 6 years of experience gained in a multinational environment.
- Experience in service management.
- Strong customer management skills.
- Experience in technical account management.
- Strong people management skills.
- ITIL Service Delivery certification.
- Project management skills.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- IT / Telecom manager
