SAP Application Owner

SAP Application Owner

who will be responsible for the life cycle management of applications and will participate as a key stakeholder on the solution development team.

The job:

• Understand the application’s position in its process and in the overall portfolio.
• Confirm that the expected business benefits are being delivered.
• Determine if the application requires enhancements to support.
• Application job scheduling.
• Backup of the data and the application.
• Application table and parameter maintenance.
• Reconciliations of inputs and outputs.
• Decisions and approvals in problem management.
• Execution of application controls.
• Understand the business value expected from the application.
• Understand the performance metrics of the application.
• Monitor actual results versus targets.
• Implement corrective action if targets are not met.
• Monitor the application’s actual cost.
• Specify all required security controls.
• Establish the “business need” criteria.
• Ensure ongoing application security administration.

The requirements:

• At least BSc degree in IT.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience in SAP project management.
• Experience gained as an SAP specialist.
• Creative problem solving skills.
• Good coordination and leadership skills.
