who will be responsible for global application lifecycle management of Customer Information Systems.
- Operating Customer Information Systems.
- Maintaining the IT environment of applications.
- Supporting testers and application developers with bug fixes.
- Analyzing business processes.
- Communicating with business side users.
- Monitoring application performance and business functionality.
- MSc or BSc degree (IT preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Understanding IT infrastructure and databases.
- Understanding IT processes.
- Experience in system administration or application management.
- Business and project oriented thinking.
- Strong analytical skills.
