Junior IT System Analyst
who will be responsible for business applications.
The job:
- Analyzing business processes, needs and requirements.
- Creating specifications for system engineers and developers.
- Supporting internal and external customers globally.
- Tool support and process improvement.
- Tracking the complete life-cycle of business applications.
- Ensure that business applications run safely and effectively.
Requirements:
- At least BSc degree (IT preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience in business process analysis.
- Experience in IT service management.
- Coordination and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Creative problem solving.
