The Adecco Group, the world’s leading provider of HR solutions, is looking for a professional for its partner in the following position:
Technical Risk Specialist
who will manage country specific legal and regulatory issues.
Tasks:
- Support various (implementation, assessment, monitoring, risk assessment, etc.) processes within the EMEA region
- Manage control related issues within supported entities
- Liaise with partners in order to provide qualitative advices and consultancy
- Act as an intermediary between external supervisory parties and internal clients
- Cooperate with global risk management teams on key control issues
- Manage cost forecasting activities
- Develop and maintain a suitable KPI system
- Continuously seek new process improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- BSc degree in IT
- Proficiency in English
- 5+ years of Risk Management background
- 3+ years of experience in Audit processes
- Proficiency with MS Office
