Technical Risk Specialist
who will manage country specific legal and regulatory issues related to information technology within EMEA region
Responsibilities:
- Review the legal systems and banking standards of different countries
- Ensure that the IT related internal regulations are comply with the expectations are defined by law and standards
- Ensure that the IT operation and development are comply with the external and internal legal and regulatory expectations as well as standards
- Define/check controls to identify non-compliance cases and support their elimination
- Support risk management related activities (identification, assessment, management, monitoring and so on) from legal and regulatory point of view
- Liaise with partners in order to provide qualitative advices and consultancy
- Act as an intermediary between external supervisory parties and internal clients
- Cooperate with global risk management teams on key control issues
- Manage cost forecasting activities
- Develop and maintain a suitable KRI system
- Continuously seek new process improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- BSc or higher degree in IT/Engineering/Technology/Legal
- Proficiency in English
- 5+ years in Risk Management/Compliance/IT security/Fraud/Forensic/IT legal
- 3+ years of experience in audit processes either as auditor or as the subject of audit
- Experience in developing or controlling legal compliance system
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Result oriented attitude
Advantage:
- Experience with handling of outsourced activities
- Experience with international IT services
- CISA, CISM, CRISC, CFE certificate
- Working experience in finance areas
