Test Manager

who will be the leader of the release, test and deployment teams and will also manage human resources.

The job:

  • Managing release and deployment of IT applications.
  • Managing testing requests and projects.
  • Coordinating test managers.
  • Team and vendor management.
  • Budget planning, strategic planning, tactical operation planning.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Risk management.
  • Performance management.

The requirements:

  • Min 5 years or more experience in Test Management and a min 2+ years team management
  • Good experience with testing tools, generic test methodologies
  • Experience with release and deployment management is an advantage
  • Experience with vendor management is highly beneficial
  • Thorough understanding of IT Delivery Process
  • Experience in ITIL Test and/or Release Management is an advantage.
  • Experience in automated testing is an advantage
  • BS/BA in a technical discipline is an advantage
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Standalone problem solving capabilities
  • Customer centric thinking
  • Demonstrates flexibility and diplomacy to ensure the effective resolution of competing demands and priorities that are reflective of sound judgment and strong problem-solving skills
