Global SAP Project Manager

Global SAP Project Manager

professional for its partner operating in the manufacturing sector.

The job:

• Coordinating global SAP rollout projects
• Understanding the business needs
• Managing the requirements and the scope of the rollout project
• Standardization of country-specific demands
• Supporting in migration and implementation of the projects
• Supporting in tests
• Analysis and solving failures during the rollout project
• Contact person and realization of business requirements
• Support in change management of the users
• Preparation and conducting of trainings

The requirements:

• Profound knowledge of SAP ERP ECC 6.0 in respective module
• Knowledge about and experience in handling cross-module integrational topics
• Minimum 4-6 years of project experience in SAP
• College or University degree
• Roles in previous projects contain conceptual design as well as implementation
• Decent know-how of business processes, process analysis and process design, preferably in Discrete Manufacturing
• Experience in global SAP roll outs
• Willingness to frequently travel internationally (app. 75%); 50% would be minimum
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Excellent communication skills; ability to discuss with Key Users and other SAP consultants as well as Project Management, this includes presentation of concepts and work results
• Ability to support organizational change management to adjust existing business processes to newly harmonized template processes
• Affinity for agile approach
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility
• Self-sufficient
