IT Telecom Engineer
professional for its partner operating in the banking sector.
- Installation and operation of Avaya Call Center systems.
- Control of other contact center applications (mainly Geomant GeoLAB’s Contact Expert application)
- Installation and programming of Avaya endpoint equipment (physical and soft phone devices)
- Operation of Avaya devices locally and remotely.
- Preparation of documents.
- Error detection, maintenance (locally and remotely) forwarding tickets to supporting partners, liaising with support partner colleagues.
- System engineering, design and planning.
- Implementation and operation of application solutions.
- Cooperation with the banking users, support for the users, training, consultation.
- Degree in engineering or information technology or telecommunications.
- Avaya equipment programming knowledge.
- IT networking knowledge.
- Call Center installation knowledge.
- Experience in Geomant’s Contact Expert solution suite.
- Relevant level of English knowledge also technical vocabulary (intermediate level)
- Windows knowledge.
- Problem solving capability.
- Ability to work independently but also as a team member when required.
