SAP is our key ERP solution and our support and development teams are using various modules, including Financials, Material Management, Sales & Distribution. We have a range of processes (Fi, PtP, SM), or the technical side of things (SAP programming, Basis). You will be taking part in the day-to-day incident management and the introduction of new features at warehouses and manufacturing sites, chemicals plants and refineries across the world. We utilize Agile and DevOps methodologies in our work. We are looking for people with various level of experience and with IT/engineering degree.

SAP Application Support Analyst

Job description:

  • Provide support on the following areas: incident management, change management, environment management, problem/performance management and customer relationship management for all SAP systems
  • Migration of SAP transports, coordination of support pack upgrades, stewardship of maintenance schedules, coordination of system copybacks, problem resolution, system performance troubleshooting
  • Maintaining system integrity/availability and controls for SAP instances
  • System performance troubleshooting
  • Implement and maintain strong security and controls practices within the SAP systems
  • Coordinate Disaster Recovery processes
  • Global communications on a daily basis with a large number of process and technical team members
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to make support more efficient within the teams

Experienced Order-to-Cash SAP SD Analyst

Our Order-to-Cash IT team is looking for an experienced SAP SD Analyst to help meet the energy challenges for our company and deliver superior results for our Fuels and Lubes Downstream  Business.

This position is dedicated to Fuels and Lubes Wholesale and Retail Business (SD module IS-Oil &Gas). The SAP Order-to-Cash Analyst is working in an Agile team on prioritized work items, responding to problem tickets and service requests made by customers / business partners. In addition to base support, the business work groups provide consultation and design services in response to requests for enhancements and projects to the OTC process and work as a technical lead who is responsible to complete design documents, perform unit / acceptance testing and coordinate the IT and change management activities for the requested enhancements and projects.

You will also collaborate with other capability process teams and IT functions (e.g. Batch, Security and SAP Programming Services) globally to develop and deliver integrated solutions to address business needs and/or resolve existing operational issues.  You may also participate in the development, review, or update of system design, risk assessments and controls catalogs, as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of SAP SD module experience
  • Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash business process incl. Master Data set up, Logistic, Order Processing, Billing, Invoicing, Accounts Receivables
  • Extensive knowledge of inbound and outbound interfaces (Service Requests, EDI, flat files and various middleware integrations)
  • Able to develop Functional Specifications for ABAP development requests, incl. debugging in ABAP
  • Able to gather customer business process related requirements and transform them into blueprint document
  • Able to customize system as per OTC business processes – SD
  • Able to design and execute different types of test sets: unit testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, stress testing, end to end testing, negative testing

Experienced Procurement SAP MM Analyst

Our Procurement IT team is looking for an experienced SAP MM analyst to help meet the energy challenges for our company and deliver superior results for our Procurement business.

This position is specific to Procurement Acquisition/Sourcing area (MM module). The SAP Procurement Analyst is working in an Agile team on prioritized work items, responding to problem tickets and service requests made by customers / business partners.  In addition to base support, the Procurement work groups provide consultation and design services in response to requests for enhancements to the Procurement process and work as a technical SWI lead who is responsible to complete design documents, perform unit / acceptance testing and coordinate the IT and change management activities for the requested enhancements.

The Analyst is part of a larger global Procurement team and may be asked to work on any SAP system (e.g. Upstream, Downstream, Chemical, and Corporate) that we are supporting around the world.  Analysts will also collaborate with other capability process teams and IT functions (e.g. Batch, Security and SAP Programming Services) globally to develop and deliver integrated solutions to address business needs and/or resolve existing operational issues.  They may also participate in the development, review, or update of system design, risk assessments and controls catalogs, as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of SAP MM module experience
  • Knowledge of the Purchase To Pay business process
  • SAP knowledge in configuring and/or troubleshooting in the MM module (Purchase requisition, Purchase order, Goods receipt, Service Entry Sheet)

SAP TSW Analyst

The TSW Analyst is responsible for supporting the SAP TSW (Trader’s and Scheduler’s Workbench) application and associated interfaces (APIs, etc.) used globally by the Fuels, Lubes, and Chemical businesses. The position will be located in Budapest and work as part of the global support team on base support, enhancements, projects, and business consulting as required.

  • Gather business requirements for incidents, enhancement requests, and projects
  • Prepare detailed design specifications for program, report, or interface development
  • Coordinate implementation activities
  • Provide post-production support for application continuity and sustainability
  • Respond to and resolve problem tickets and service requests raised by users
  • Use standard SAP tools to troubleshoot/debug and recommend solutions
  • Coordinate with the business users and other support teams
  • Make configuration and variant changes as needed
  • Develop APIs for TSW and integrated applications to expose and consume data
  • Support improvement activities / implementation of strategic initiatives and projects
  • Provide technical leadership & consulting for complex incidents and enhancements
  • Maintain up-to-date competency in SAP TSW and interfaces
  • Implement and support RPAs and web based interfaces to SAP
  • Utilize Agile frameworks and tools to plan, execute, and track work

Requirements:

  • Experience in regional and global projects
  • Experience in end user application support
  • Experience coordinating activities with business support teams or business clients
  • Hands-on functional configuration experience with SAP
  • Good understanding of ABAP programming language

Experienced Procurement SAP WH/EWM Analyst

We are looking for an experienced SAP Warehouse Management /Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) analyst to provide support to our Procurement Business and Warehouses mainly working in the SAP WH and EWM module.

The work includes projects, enhancements and supporting day-to-day operations. Our team is working as a stable team applying Agile work practices.

The Analyst is part of a larger global Procurement team and may be asked to work on any company SAP system which has a WH/EWM module implemented. Analysts will also collaborate with other IT teams (e.g. Batch, Security and ABAP Developers) globally to develop and deliver integrated solutions to address business needs and/or resolve existing operational issues.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of SAP WH/EWM module experience,
    • Knowledge of the Purchase To Pay business process
    • SAP knowledge in configuring and/or troubleshooting in the WH/EWM module (Warehouse movements, Inbound – Outbound processing, Inventory, Material Master)
  • Basic SAP MM knowledge
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Solid communication and English skills
  • Team player
  • Adaptability to Changing Priorities
  • Technical mindset

Desired skills (but not must):

  • SAP SRM or MDG experience
  • SAP ABAP technical knowledge, debugging
  • Knowledge of Mass upload tools (e.g. LSMW)

  • SAP Workflow (understand and troubleshooting SAP workflows in the MM area)
  • SAP Solution Manager knowledge
  • Knowledge in Agile work processes (Scrum)
