Roles and responsibilities:

  • Fosters the diffusion of Agile and its “new way of working” across the organization
  • Delivers trainings, workshops, boot camps, presentations and talks for a larger auditorium across the CEE region, together with the relevant functions, directly or by others
  • Help the adoption, development and maintenance of tools that can guarantee lean collaboration within teams, as well as across functions, companies and cross-border
  • Measure Agile impacts and benefits for the Bank and IT, in the most effective and simple fashion
  • Promotes Lean and related initiatives that aims at reducing waste and redundancies in the organization, by means of ideas and actual practices sharing from anyone in the company
  • Takes care of the collection and expansion of the learning materials already available within the group to support induction to Agile
  • Contributes to the creation or upgrade of the current group processes and procedures, proposing the necessary adaptations to allow the execution of Agile projects
  • Leads the adoption, development and maintenance of a framework of tools (e.g. Invision, Phabricator, Jira, HP Service Manager) to guarantee the end-to-end application of Agile methodology at CEE level
  • Supports the teams in the day-to-day implementation of the Agile methodologies for the selected projects
  • Assists local projects that fit and can apply Agile
  • Helping design the best framework
  • Defining the type and degree of Agile practices that best fit the context
  • Coaching product owners and teams on a day-to-day basis
  • Facilitating flow by removing obstacles when they occur
  • Cooperates with CEE Agile, GTO Agile and other local Agile Teams to develop methodologies, identify tools and supports practice sharing

Requirements:

  • Knows the banking and the IT sector; the E2E business and its working mechanisms well
  • Has gained cross-functional experience and is capable to speak the language of both business and IT
  • Has leadership and can quickly earn credibility within the organization
  • Is an excellent communicator and hasthe ability to motivate and acknowledge the team achievements
  • Adopts a coaching style and can facilitate collaboration within teams and the company
  • Is adaptive and able to cope with change and uncertainty
  • Sound and proven experience in Agile methodology and IT project management of medium to large scale IT projects, at least 3 years’ experience in the field
  • Understanding of global dynamics and matrix organization
  • Understanding of banking environment is an advantage, and more specifically experience in managing projects for digital channels
  • Experience with DevOps is an advantage
  • Ability to represent an agile transformation in front of top management and steering committees
  • Basic understanding of enterprise architecture principles
  • Agile certification is advantage (CSM,CSPO,LeSS)
  • Ability to transfer and share information
  • University degree
  • Fluent English language
