Application Engineer
professional for its partner operating in the banking sector.

The job:
- Participate security, backup and redundancy strategies.
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.
- Understanding the Application logic and participate in the design and technical analysis of the product.
- Provide 3rd level support for Production bugs.
- Liaise with the external developer company and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
The requirements:
- Some working experience with Windows Server 2016 and MS SQL Server.
- Solid networking knowledge (e.g. TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL)
- Solid understanding the following technologies: IIS, API, Powershell.
- Experience with monitoring systems.
- Solid scripting skills (e.g. shellscript, batch, Python or Java)
- Solid SQL query skills.
