Feladatok:

• IT toborzási tanácsadók munkájának támogatása.
• IT szakemberek keresése szakmai fórumokon, közösségi oldalakon, adatbázisokban.
• Hirdetések megjelentetése és kezelése álláshirdető portálokon és szakmai csatornákon.
• IT szakemberek angol nyelvű telefonos előszűrése a megadott profilok alapján.
• Szakmai- és ügyfélinterjúk szervezése.
• Szakmai interjúkon való részvétel.
• Kapcsolattartás ügyfelekkel, megrendelőkkel: jelöltek státuszának egyeztetése, szakmai tesztek kezelése.
• Rendszeres részvétel szakmai rendezvényeken, meetup-okon.
• Saját szakmai rendezvények (Adecco IT Academy) szervezése.
• Részvétel kreatív toborzási anyagok (videók, grafikák) megalkotásában, terjesztésében.
• Kapcsolattartás főiskolákkal, egyetemekkel, előadások szervezése hallgatók részére.
• IT szakember igénnyel rendelkező ügyfelek felkutatása.

Elvárások:

• Diploma vagy folyamatban lévő főiskolai vagy egyetemi tanulmányok.
• Érdeklődés az IT és a HR terület iránt.

  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills to identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems
  • ABAP experience is desired

The job:

  • Leading end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Business Central and CRM system implementation projects.
  • Managing the scope from negotiating the client needs until the successful go live.
