SAP is our partner’s key ERP solution and our support and development teams are using various modules, including Financials, Material Management, Sales and Distribution. We have a range of processes (Fi, PtP, SM), or the technical side of things (SAP programming, Basis). You will be taking part in the day-to-day incident management and the introduction of new features at warehouses and manufacturing sites, chemicals plants and refineries across the world. We utilize Agile and DevOps methodologies in our work.

Job description:

As an SAP Application Support Analyst or Specialist you will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide support on the following areas: incident management, change management, environment management, problem, performance management and customer relationship management for all SAP systems
  • Migration of SAP transports, coordination of support pack upgrades, stewardship of maintenance schedules, coordination of system copybacks, problem resolution, system performance troubleshooting
  • Maintaining system integrity, availability and controls for SAP instances
  • System performance troubleshooting
  • Implement and maintain strong security and controls practices within the SAP systems
  • Coordinate Disaster Recovery processes
  • Global communications on a daily basis with a large number of process and technical team members
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to make support more efficient within the teams

Our partner’s internal customers at these sites utilize a number of standard industry applications from well-known software vendors. Some are industry specific and you don’t get to see them anywhere else, some are major applications from big brands. If assigned to these teams, you will be expected to support Business with these applications whenever they have an issue and coordinate with internal technical teams and the SW vendors as well, seeking it through resolution. If the application in your portfolio gets an upgrade, or we decided to retire it, you will work on the retirement as well as the introduction of the replacement application.

Job description:

As an Application Support Analyst and Expert you will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide Customer Support, problem solving and troubleshooting for our Documentum-based platforms
  • Become part of their Agile team and quickly contribute to their in-house developed, customized platforms Project efforts, as well as automation initiatives
  • Participate in software design and development activities
  • Work on System Configuration activities, including patching, installation and configuration
  • Develop and review the related technical Documentation: Installation guides, Security Models, Support Models, etc.

  • The DP Office works closely with the DP Network. As they adopt Binding Corporate Rules and prepare for the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation they anticipate there will be many opportunities for this person to take on higher profile activities as soon as they are proficient.
  • This is often difficult as their Ethics Policy is absolute in compliance but the Laws are written in very subjective terms.

The job:

  • Spend time with the Budapest teams and leadership to understand their needs, problems, and wants.
  • Devise a strategy to help transform the team to Agile or enhance the team performance.
  • Train the team on Agile concepts.
  • Help the team set up tooling to track their work.
  • Support the team as they go through their Agile transformation.
  • For all of the above, early in the activities and process, also mentor team members in developing their understanding and capability in Agile coaching.
  • Align with counterpart Agile Team Coaches from other regions, under the guidance of a Houston-based Agile evolution team

The requirements:

  • 5+ Years Agile Team Coaching Experience
  • 3+ Years’ Experience participating on an Agile Team

The job:

  • Data collection to perform project portfolio and overall capacity reporting
  • Monitoring the overall services that have to be in line with the targets both in terms of volume and quality.
  • Taking the lead in preparation and production of regular reports and presentations.

The requirements:

  • Bachelor or higher degree in IT, economics, finance or similar domain.
