Az IT operáció csapata helyi technikai támogatást nyújt a munkatársainknak különböző hardver és szoftver problémák megoldásában. Ha a távoli helpDesk nem tud segíteni, ők veszik át a problémák megoldását, és a lehető leghamarabb visszaállítják az üzleti felhasználók munkáját. A kérdések a laptop hardver problémáihoz, a munkaállomások felállításához, a konferencia termek korszerű telekonferencia-képességekkel történő bővítéséhez, a szoftver és a hitelesítési problémák megoldásához és a legújabb infrastruktúrák frissítéséhez vezetnek.

Különböző szintű tapasztalatokkal rendelkező szakembereket keresünk.

Feladatok:

• A helyi operáció részeként hardverek telepítése.
• A helyi operáció részeként LAN- és WAN-problémák kezelése.
• Első szintű támogatás nyújtása a telekommunikációs infrastruktúra számára.
• A rendszer és a felhasználók szoftvereinek telepítése és konfigurálása.
• Helyi probléma és változás menedzsment.
• Informatikai eszközök dokumentációjának kezelése.
• Helyszíni beavatkozást igénylő helpdesk incidens jegyek nyomon követése.
• Részvétel a karbantartással kapcsolatos változtatások bevezetésében.
• Helyi informatikai kapcsolatként működik a felhasználók és az IT Solution Center koordinátora felé.
• A felhasználók személyes támogatása minden nemű IT probléma megoldásában.
• Szükség esetén on-call készenlét szükséges.

• A konténerizált infrastruktúra orkesztrációjának paraméterezése (Kubernetes platform feltételezhető).

Elvárások:

• Felsőfokú végzettség.
• Verziókezelő rendszerek ismerete (Bitbucket,Git, TFS).
• Középfokú angol nyelvtudás.
• Bash ismerete.
