Business Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops to analyse high level business requirements producing detailed requirement breakdowns and high level solutions
  • Creation of concise specifications and master documentation
  • Liaise and collaborate primarily with Product Management, Technical Architects, QA, Developers and the Business Relationship Teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team during the software build process (consultancy, documentation review, etc.)
  • Functional testing of new developments and releases
  • Provide training for the development team and other teams (as part of the field preparedness)
  • Advise Product Support on functional issues
  • Review Product Documentation and user manuals

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in analysis or design of software products
  • Worked in a client (internal or external) facing position
  • Excellent standard of spoken and written English
  • Comfortable working in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proactivity, creativity
  • Strong interest in financial markets

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Dynamics CRM solutions to be fully compliant with customer business processes
  • Integrate Dynamics CRM solution into other client’s legacy systems like ERP, Intranet, etc.
  • Design, code, test program or CRM application modules that meet Architecture Blueprint specification
  • Participate in execution and documentation of tests ensuring that an application or architecture meets agreed Quality standards

RPG Developer

RPG Developer

role for its partner opearting in the banking sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and coding of the software changes based on technical specifications and working with Technical Analysts on the CORE02 banking system
  • Assists project teams with software delivery via THENON at all stages of development lifecycle (Test/UAT/Go-live)
  • Unit Test Planning and Execution for changes/developments to CORE02 IT Operational software
  • Support timely error fixing during the system/integration tests, UAT and post go-live support
  • Provides on call support (out of hours) to the projects, when required as well as on call rota for production on call support

Requirements:

  • Experience of working on IBM iSeries Machines
  • Experience or exposure of working in an operational capacity, on one or more international banking package
  • Experience of interfacing the iSeries with third party applications
  • Knowledge and understanding of mid-range Banking Systems
  • Knowledge of RPG IV, ILE, CL and THENON Environment
  • Must be able to work under pressure in a complex international working environment, having a number of developments in progress simultaneously
  • Must be able to meet agreed deadlines and agreed budgets
  • Provision of remote support of sites supported by the client
  • Excellent communication skills (English verbal and written)
  • Ability to adapt to new tools quickly
  • International product banking knowledge
  • Ability to work from any other location of the company or Client site
