IT Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst who is interested in airline ecommerce business, likes to communicate with foreign clients, can proactively manage projects and eager to learn how traveling industry works. The new member will work closely with the developer team and our partners throughout the entire software development lifecycle and will be involved in pricing and resource strategy as well.

The job:

  • Own and develop relationship with our partners, working with them to optimize and enhance their business.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders throughout the business and create new product, feature and solution specification in collaboration with development team.
  • Analyze incoming issues, problems, requests and provide feasible solution for our business partners.
  • Manage Agile/Scrum meetings (planning, grooming, review and retrospective) ensuring that the development is completed accurately and deadlines are reached.
  • Be an owner of the UAT of new features and products before they are deployed into the market.
  • Manage launch activities leading up to and following releases, ensuring that appropriate communications are made to key stakeholders.
  • Document any identified required changes, and communicate them to the relevant stakeholders
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of the solutions

The requirements:

  • College or University degree in appropriate field.
  • Work experience in relevant field or industry.
  • Active professional English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and get things done.
  • Basic SQL or NoSQL knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and UI principals.

ERP Project Manager

As a Project Manager you will drive ERP and CRM implementation projects in various industries throughout Hungary (and in the region). You will work with a team of consultants and developers to deliver custom solutions to our clients. You will typically talk to C-level managers of our clients and their key users and project manager.

The job:

  • Leading end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Business Central and CRM system implementation projects.
  • Managing the scope from negotiating the client needs until the successful go live.
  • Creating project plan, budget and resource plan, track the mutually approved plan both internally and externally.
  • Coordinating the consulting activities and managing development and testing of the project applications.
  • Making sure that project deliverables are preformed on time and according to the expectations.
  • Being the main point of contact for the client in various industries in Hungary (including SMEs and bigger, multinational companies)
  • Keeping daily contact with the project team members (consultants, developers, subcontractors, etc.) and clients, plan the project meetings and communicate the status of the project.
  • Getting overall knowledge of capabilities and limits of the product, to be able to effectively handle client requests about the system.

The requirements:

  • Knowledge of an ERP system (on key user, consultant or project manager level)
  • Degree in the field of Economy or IT (or proof of experience in these areas)
  • Attention to detail
  • Fluent English language knowledge
  • Great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • 2-5 years of experience in software implementation
  • Project and people management skills, proven track record in leading projects and teams
  • Applicable knowledge of Project Management methodologies

The job:

We are looking for an Agile Coach to join our IT team. We expect that each project manager is the main responsible person for entrusted set of projects. This means that he or she will be leading teams across Europe and will be delivering projects to CEE countries. This requires to manage the whole project delivery cycle from initiation, planning through monitoring, reporting and finally delivering and managing post go live support.

In detail we expect from the candidate to work together with Head of CEE Agile, Agile managers in the Banks and in the Services Department on the application of the Agile methodologies and the creation of an Agile community at CEE level:

  • supports the Head of CEE Agile in the organization of Agile camps, conferences, talks for a larger auditorium;
  • takes care of the collection and expansion of the learning materials already available within the Group to support induction to Agile;
  • ensures the sharing of knowledge, “best practices” and “lessons learned” focusing on teams;
  • organises and host induction seminars and trainings for the people involved in Agile developments, taking into account the different roles;
  • contributes to the creation or upgrade of the current Group processes and procedures, proposing the necessary adaptations to allow the execution of Agile projects;
  • leads the adoption, development and maintenance of a framework of tools (e.g. Invision, Phabricator, Jira, HP Service Manager) to guarantee the end-to-end application of Agile methodology at CEE level;
  • supports the teams in the day-to-day implementation of the Agile methodologies for the selected projects.

The requirements:

  • Sound and Proven experience in Agile methdolodgy and IT project management of medium to large scale IT projects.
  • Understanding of global dynamics and matrix organization.
  • Understanding of banking environment is an advantage, and more specifically experience in managing projects for Digital Channels.
  • Experience with IT program or portfolio management is an advantage.
  • Ability to represent a project in front of top management and steering committees.
  • Basic understanding of enterprise architecture principles.
  • Project management certification is advantage (PMI, PMP, PRINCE2)
