professional for its partner operating in the non-profit sector.

The job:

  • Deliver a high quality IT business applications support services on custom business applications predominantly using Microsoft .NET
    technology, software development, release and maintenance;
  • Guarantee data information security, availability and integrity through strong operational competencies using the ITIL framework;
  • Provide support to users of these business applications, as well as coordinate software development and maintenance activities with internal
    and external resources, including off-shore teams;
  • Act as subject matter expert in mobile devices (smartphones, tablet…) software and application development and in the support of deployed mobiles apps.
  • Develop operation procedures aligned with the support activities requirement;
  • Enforce software development methodology, warranty information privacy and security requirements..

The requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio .NET (C#)
  • Excellent knowledge of Full Stack Web application development (ASP.NET, Razor, MVC, WebAPI, Javacript (JQuery, Angular, ReactJS), CSS)
  • Proven interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues and conflicts within teams
  • Adept at analysis, problem solving, solution and end-user result oriented
  • Affinity for team work, collaborative attitude, open-minded and adaptable
  • Well organized, able to work under pressure and manage emergencies
  • Good analytical skills to interprets problems, identifies solutions and possible side effects.
  • Fluently spoken and written English and Hungarian

Service Management Specialist

Service Management Specialist

professional for its partner operating in the banking sector.

The job:

  • Monitoring the overall services that have to be in line with the targets both in terms of volume and quality.
  • Coordination and collation of demands and rollouts.
  • Plays as Key Actor for new improvements proposals and for driving process adoption activities, in terms of process, tools, industrialization.
  • Has the delegated authority to ask and review how the process are performed in CEE CB Business Line Competence Centers.
  • Maintains our official copy of internal operational instructions and similar documentation (mainly in SP), liaise with governance teams.
  • Is the Contact Point with Service Line Global and Local Process owners, and periodically meets them.
  • Taking the lead in preparation and production of regular reports and presentations.
  • Collaborates with Service Management for the maintenance of the Maturity of the process and promotes initiatives to increase the maturity of the CCs.

The requirements:

  • Bachelor or higher degree in IT/economics/finance or similar domain.
  • Knowledge of project management methodology, terminology, experience of software development lifecycle and/or iTIL.
  • Knowledge of MS Windows and Office with specific emphasis on Excel.
  • Fluent English (ability to drive conversation with different stakeholders, organizational heads; ability to negotiate).
  • Analytical and structured way of thinking.
  • Must be able to work under pressure in a complex international environment.
  • Good organizational skills and a structured approach to work with rapidly changing requirements and priorities, ability to adapt to new tools and processes quickly.
  • Interpersonal skills, proactivity and team player.

  • Directly involved in the parametrization activity conducting functional tests on new application releases.
  • Supports the definition of ad-hoc standard solutions for customer.
  • Identifies problems and all relevant issues in straightforward situations and generates possible solutions, assessing each against standard procedures.
  • Analytical and structured way of thinking.
  • Maintaining and improving testing roles.
  • Facilitating development.
  • Managing tests.
  • Developing testing strategies.
  • Setting up schedules.
  • Documenting tests findings.
  • Supervising test teams.

The requirements:

  • Degree in IT, economics, finance or similar domain.
  • At least 5 years job experience.
  • Knowledge of methods (e.g. Project/Test) experience in test automatization.
  • Knowledge of production environment support and system topography.
  • Fluent English (ability to drive conversation with the customer; ability to negotiate)

Senior Front-end Developer

Senior Front-end Developer

professional for its partner operating in the banking sector.

The job:

  • Translates the technical aspects of the business requirements into development tasks.
  • Implements technical layers and uses target technologies, uses standard definition of implementation steps in development tasks.
  • As a main task, participates in the implementation, programming.
  • Able to work based on technical documentation, including UML design.
  • Supports the whole lifecycle of the implementation at various levels.
  • Cooperates intensively with business analysts, technical analysts and testers.
  • Participates in regional technical and architectural discussions.

The requirements:

  • Bachelor in the field of Computer Science or equivalent IT professional experience.
  • At least 5 years relevant job experience.
  • IT experience wanted in development.
  • Must have programing skills: .Net Framework v4.6, ASP.NET, C#
  • Must have web technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Ajax
  • Must have database knowledges: T-SQL, MSSQL Server
  • Experience in NHibernate framework is an advantage
  • TFS source code management experience is strong advantage
  • Good to have: debugging, production support on 3rd level
  • Pragmatic knowledge of change management
  • Good to have: knowledge of the Banking industry: branch operations, business processes and domain
