Business Design Consultant
who will be responsible for understanding and assessing a client’s business operations, identifying issues and opportunities and recommending appropriate solutions.
The job:
- Document, modify and design current and future operational scenarios.
- Define processes, models, rules, use cases, policies, plans and solutions.
- Work with the client and other consulting specialties.
- Ensure proper translation of business requirements into business processes.
- Define knowledge, technology, and organization specifications that satisfy the client’s strategic and operational objectives.
- Develops technical solution by using his extensive IT and Business process knowledge.
- Works with development team to deliver IT solution and also take part in testing to make sure code change meets the requirements.
- Also provides L3 support.
The requirements:
- At least BSc degree in IT.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- 2 years experience in IT solution development for business processes (Supply Chain, Order Management).
- 2 years experience in analysing business requirements and developing / proposing IT solution and changes to achieve that.
- Basic knowledge in MVS (mainframe) platform.
- At least 1 year experience in Webshere MQ and DB2 platforms.
- Basic knowledge in change management in IT environment.
