Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze business requirements and project documentation
  • Highlight inefficiencies, identify process improvements opportunities

  • Creation of database, data analysis and preparation of relevant reports
  • Liaise with project managers and other stakeholders
  • Strive for continuous process improvements

Requirements:

  • College or university degree
  • Fluency in German
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in writing requirements
  • Strong Excel knowledge (e.g. Pivot tables, using macros)
  • Excellent communication skills

PROJECT MANAGER

Tasks:

  • Taking part in IT implementation projects.
  • Acting as a liaison between project management, project members, third parties and other stakeholders.
  • Developing and improving project reporting templates, following up on project reporting deliverables with project managers, consolidating project status reports.
  • Supporting roadmap generation and work planning.
  • Monitoring and controlling project issues, risks and actions.
  • Managing changes to functional / technical scope of project.
  • Supporting project manager in preparation of regular meetings with the customer (documentation, protocol, reports).

Requirements:

  • BSc or MSc Degree.
  • Fluency in English, German and in Hungarian (written and oral).
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management roles or in IT systems integration projects.
  • Experienced in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Good MS PowerPoint, Excel and preferably Project skills.
  • Attention to details with the ability to see the big picture.
  • Strong affinity to planning and organizing.
  • Team work attitude with great communication skills.
  • Positive, can-do attitude.

iOS Advisor (German)

In the framework of our International Mobility program our global partner based in Cork, Ireland, is looking for

iOS Advisor (German)

who will provide technical support and customer service to consumer customers on their iPad, iPhone or iPod. You will have the opportunity to help our valued Mac and Windows customers with questions and troubleshooting, to help them get the most out of their Apple products.

You will be required to follow standard diagnostic procedures with an emphasis on
handling the most frequently asked questions as quickly and effectively as possible,
recognising more complex problems and escalating accordingly.

The job:

  • To provide basic to moderately complex support to Apple customers on Apple products, systems, peripherals and software.
  • Logging of calls from customers onto an Apple database and following escalation procedures to resolve problems or issues.
  • To provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all of Apple customers and show empathy for the customers at all times.
  • All times, the Advisor will demonstrate a high level of customer service when helping a customer and if necessary, to escalate hot issues to a more experienced Advisor.
  • To make themselves available to receive calls for a minimum of 80 percent of their online time.
  • To provide feedback on a daily basis to the team leader new emerging issues that have been discovered.

  • Wow our customers by listening attentively to their needs, gain agreement on the resolution and bring the issue to conclusion.
