  • Has the responsibility to model, analyze, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve business processes in a public cloud operations environment
  • Process architects enhance and transform business processes into technically enhanced and executable process templates
  • Translates high-level business requirements into functional specifications for the public cloud operations and manages changes to such specifications
  • Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts
  • Prepares process descriptions, flow charts and documentation
  • Supports projects and working teams in order to improve processes
  • Prepares reports for the management and other departments
  • Participates actively in internal audits that are related to processes and their practical usage
  • Stays up-to-date with emerging technologies, their strengths and weaknesses and their application to business solutions


  • College degree in IT field or deep IT knowledge
  • Fluent English knowledge, good communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in process management or IT operation, 2nd or 3rd level is an advantage
  • Strong MS Office knowledge
  • High problem solving skills and flexibility
  • Creativity in own tasks and in conception elaboration of team tasks
  • International project experience is an advantage
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Willingness to learn

In the framework of our International Mobility program our global partner, a US software company setting up in Cork, is looking for

Technical Support Engineers 

who will be responsible for offering technical support to customers regarding system configuration and implementation problem scenarios.

The job:

  • The ideal Senior Technical Support Engineer will demonstrate a proven aptitude for learning new technologies, evidenced by the ability to expand upon core knowledge.
  • S/he will be analytical with the ability to derive facts methodically and accurately.
  • This is a customer facing role where, as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will work to solve product and network problems of high complexity.
  • As the Senior Technical Support Engineer, you must be able to configure complex lab setups to duplicate and solve customer related problems.

The requirements:

  • Very strong communication skills in English.
  • 6 years of exprince as a system engineer.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Intrusion Detection, Security tools and technologies.
  • Strong endpoint security experience, including network design, implementation and management.
  • TCP/IP, DNS, and troubleshooting experience.
  • Network technologies (firewalls, routers, switches) and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP etc.).
  • Linux, Unix and Windows System administration experience.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Attention to details.
  • Strong documentation skills.
