Our IT organization is responsible for projects worth millions of dollars and delivering value to our business customers or IT itself. Be it work related to our retail gas stations, the lubricants business for industrial customers, new systems being introduced at manufacturing sites and plants, or introducing cutting edge office productivity, mobility and VR solutions. Our project teams are using our internally developed processes as well as Agile methodologies for delivering the products to their customers.

The task is to rollout IT infrastructure projects in production environment, therefore the role may involve activities performed on site in various manufacturing units. The nature of the role may require frequent site visits to production locations and direct communication with business customers.

You will have to establish communication with customers and stakeholders record the project requirements, define and manage the schedule to achieve project objectives, maximize the value of the project to the business unit, define the budget requirements of the project.

The job:

• Manage and deliver overall project
• Responsible for maximizing the value of the project to the business unit

We are looking for a senior project manager to join the project management team in the
Transformation and Change CEE AT department. First of all we expect that each project
manager is the main responsible person for entrusted set of projects. This means that
he or she will be leading teams across Europe and will be delivering projects to CEE

The job:

• To closely cooperate with other teams from business line (BRMs, PP&M etc.)
• To plan and manage budget, prepare requested reports.
• To learn new things, participate in project management trainings.

The requirements:

• Proven experience in IT project management of big scale multinational IT projects with clearly assigned responsibility.
• Experience with IT program or portfolio management is an advantage.
• Ability to represent a project in front of top management steering committees.
• Good understanding of banking environment.
• Deep knowledge of direct channels, front-office or branch operations is an advantage.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture principles.
• Project management certification is advantage (PMI, PMP, PRINCE2).
• Knowledge of agile principles, practical experience is welcomed.
