Feladatok:

• Komplex IT-biztonsági környezet létrehozása és fenntartása, amely magában foglalja a hálózat-, biztonság-, mobilitás- és IT-menedzsment termékeket (tűzfalak, switchek, NGN APT)
• Vevő által specifikált esetek tesztelése labor környezetben.
• A technikai kérdések megoldása az alábbiak szerint:
  – Elemezze a rendelkezésre álló adatokat a gyökér okok azonosítására és szűkítésére.
  – A problémák megoldására szolgáló módszerek meghatározása.
  – Ismertesse a technikai kérdést a támogató mérnököknek.
• Ellenőrizze az alkalmazás kódjának javításait, mielőtt hivatalos verzió fut az ügyfél által felépített környezetben:
  – Részvétel a termékfejlesztéshez kapcsolódó tervezési találkozókon.
  – Javasolja és írja le a termékek támogathatóságának javítását.
  – Tesztstratégiák tervezése a legjobb gyakorlatok felhasználásával.

Elvárások:

• IT biztonsági technológiák szilárd ismerete.
• Minimum 5 év tapasztalat IT hálózati területen.
• Tapasztalat Linux / Unix környezetben.
• Scripting képesség Bash, Perl vagy Python nyelven.
• Tesztelési módszerek ismerete.
• Virtualizációs ismeretek.
• Szoftver és hálózati problémák logikus és analitikus hibaelhárítására való képesség.
• Világos és reprodukálható hibákra vonatkozó jelentések írására való képesség.
• Kiszolgálószoftverek és -hardverek konfigurálásában, telepítésében és hibaelhárításában szerzett tapasztalat Windows és Linux környezetben.
• Operációs rendszer és a hálózati rendszer telepítésében, konfigurációjában és hibaelhárításában szerzett tapasztalat.

The job:

• Build and maintain a complex IT security environment which include network, security, mobility and IT management products (Firewalls, Switches, NGN APT)
• Execute customer scenarios in a lab environment.
• Resolve technical issues by doing the following:

  – Identify methods to resolve issues.
  – Describe in detail the issue to Support Engineers.
• Verify code fixes before delivering an official version into a customer environment:
  – Participate in and contribute to design meetings related to product development.

The requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in QA/Technical/Pre-Sales Support/Systems Engineering.
• Solid understandings of security technologies like WAF, firewall, IPS, VPN, etc.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working on network topologies.
• Hands on experience working with Linux/Unix environments.
• Scripting ability in Bash, Perl or Python.
• Exposure to performance, load and stress testing methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to logically and analytically troubleshoot software and network issues.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear and reproducible defects reports, and test results.
• Experience configuring, installing, and troubleshooting server software and hardware in a Windows and Linux environment.
• Familiar with OS and network system installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Linux, network sniffers (such as Wireshark), packet replay.
• Ability to create SQL queries on the MS SQL server database – advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to create specific test cases, compile result analysis and escalate defects.

• In depth knowledge of networking protocols L2-L7:

Feladatok:

• Felügyeli a bank üzleti és üzemi működése közben előálló, feldolgozott, és kezelt információk biztonságát.
• Összeállítja, karbantartja a mindenkori iparági szabványhoz legjobban illeszkedő, kockázatokkal arányos követelményrendszert, és az információ feldolgozás kapcsán érintett szakterületekkel közösen megfelelő kontroll-rendszert alakít ki a szükséges védelem biztosításához.
• Az információk teljes életútját végig követi, az adott információ bankon belüli megjelenésétől az információ, mint vagyontárgy bankból való kikerüléséig, elavulásáig.
• Folyamatosan figyeli az iparág és technológia fejlődését, naprakész az aktualitásokat illetően.
• Felméri a nemzetközi gyakorlatban használt termékek hazai bevezetésének lehetőségét, azok illesztését a helyi biztonsági, illetve informatikai stratégiához.
• Elemzi a meglévő kontroll-rendszer megfelelőségét. Terveket, koncepciókat készít a kontroll-rendszer átalakítására, jobbítására. Javaslatot tesz új technológiai megoldások bevezetésére, a meglevő folyamatok átalakítására, elavult technológiák kivezetésére.
• Meghatározza az információ-biztonság és az adatvédelem (adatbiztonság) technikai követelményeit és eljárási szabályzatait a vonatkozó külső szabályozók alapján.
• Feladata az adatvédelemmel és informatikai biztonsággal kapcsolatos kockázat-elemzések és sérülékenység vizsgálatok elkészítése, elkészíttetése, és azok naprakészen tartása, valamint az adatok és információk biztonsági osztályozásának felügyelete szorosan együtt működve az üzleti szakterületekkel.
• A kockázatelemzések eredményét rendszeresen kommunikálja az érintett társterület illetve vezetők felé. A kockázatelemzések alapján javaslatot tesz a biztonság szintek illetve az azokat megvalósító technológiai illetve logikai keretrendszerek (szabályzatok, kontrollok) megváltoztatására.
• „Security architect” szerepkör betöltése új banki rendszerek, termékek bevezetése, illetve módosításaik kapcsán. Az informatikai szaktudáson felül, a speciális biztonsági ismeretek és a banki folyamatok átfogó ismerete is szükséges.
• A banki projektumok és a változás-kezelési folyamat kapcsán az információ-biztonsági szempontok érvényesülésének felügyelete.
• Új rendszerek, folyamatok kifejlesztését, bevezetését megelőzően elemzéseket, döntés-előkészítő anyagokat készít a változás várható banki hatásairól, nyereségességéről. Koordinálja a rendszerek bevezetését, az informatikai szakterületekkel szorosan együttműködve azok napi szintű használatát:
  • új kontrollok kidolgozásához adatokat gyűjt, elemez,
  • rendszer leírásokat, folyamatleírásokat készít,
  • elemzi a kontrollok bevezetésének jogi vonatkozásait,
  • a kontroll bevezetése során ellátja az ügyfél szolgálati teendőket
  • önállóan diszponál a feladathoz allokált költségkeret, erőforrások felett.
• A statisztikák, és ellenőrzések alapján elemzéseket, kimutatásokat készít a kontrollok hatékonyságának, megfelelőségének alakulásáról, rendszeres beszámolókat, kimutatásokat és előrejelzéseket készít az aktuális fenyegetettségek, sérülékenységek alakulásáról a döntéshozók folyamatos tájékoztatása, döntéseik megalapozása érdekében.
• Véleményezi a belső szabályozásokat információ-biztonsági szempontból.
• Az információ-biztonsági feladatokat ellátó személyek hierarchia szerinti, és mátrix irányítása. Irányítja, felügyeli és koordinálja az információbiztonsági szakértők munkáját.
• A bank határvédelmén, és a tűzfalakkal különválasztott belső zónáin keresztüli információ és adatáramlás felügyelete, ellenőrzése, és az ehhez kapcsolódó változások, és jogosultság-igények elbírálása. (VPN, internet hozzáférés, e-mail, munkaállomás védelem, SWIFT, FISA, CNI)
• A bank információ-biztonsági rendszereinek felügyelete, paraméterezése, konfigurálása és azok folyamatos működésének figyelemmel kísérése, valamint a rendszerek jogosultság- kezelésének kialakítása. A biztonsági rendszerek rendszergazdai teendőin túl, feladata a felügyelt rendszerek működésének az egész bank működésére kiható kockázatainak mérlegelése.
• A tudomására jutott biztonsági incidensek kezelése, és azok koordinálása. (naplóelemzés, bejelentések, ellenőrzések, audit jellegű tevékenységek kapcsán)

Elvárások:

• Szakirányú egyetemi vagy főiskolai végzettség.
• 5 éves releváns szakmai tapasztalat.
• Nemzetközi CISA vagy CISM vizsga.
• Stratégiai szemlélet, rugalmasság, rendszerszemlélet.
• Kiváló kommunikációs és konfliktuskezelési képesség.
• Magabiztos angol nyelvtudás.

New momentum for Adecco IT Academy

I was honored to welcome the 100 participant of the Adecco IT Academy 8 as the host of the evening on 5th May. The event was co-organized with ISACA and took place in Hotel Marriott Courtyard in Budapest.

I emphasized in my welcome speech that in the history of Adecco IT Academy there have never been as many visitors as in this year, and that was already known regarding the number of previously registered people. This clearly shows that our event is not just evolving and helping the self-training of IT professionals, but it also provides a great opportunity for professional networking.

I mentioned that after the great lecturers of previous years such as Morgan Stanley, Microsoft, EMC, Prezi, Ericsson and Accenture, this year we had the opportunity to collaborate with a serious technical organization, ISACA. I believe that this gave new life to Adecco IT Academy and I hope because of that we can outperform ourselves in the future.

The program of the event was very colorful as it contained many presentations.

At first Dr. Linda Vízi introduced the Hungarian Organization of ISACA to the visitors. It was followed with two technical presentations, one by Tamás Szakály from PR-AUDIT Kft. was about the cyber attack against Sony and the other by Róbert Gélák from ISACA provided a cyber security panorama.

After the presentations we gave an opportunity for questions and professional argument. The Adecco IT Academy „members” took this opportunity, because a half an hour bate formed itself where I had to run up and down with the microphone to hear everyone’s thoughts and opinion.

Our supporter, Wrangler also introduced itself after the professional argument as Zsuzsa Gál from Jeans Shops Hungary Kft. Presented a few words about the history of the brand and there was a price draw which was provided by them.

As the closure of the evening we held a mini job fair which was perfect to contact the lecturers and the consultants of Adecco informally. Adecco introduced its latest carrier opportunities with the Adecco Jobs in Hungary mobile application.

The presentations of Adecco IT Academy 8 and the networking afterwards were recorded by a professional shooting crew. In a couple of days a short movie and a professional article of the evening will appear.

As the Application and Infrastructure Operation Team Lead you will be responsible leading the daily operation of an IT infrastructure (network, server) and application.

Main tasks:
• Provide management of all IT Operations Daily Tasks
