Your main responsibilities would be:

• preparing detailed demonstration of the application,
• supporting the Finance/Accounting modules in the ERP delivery processes,
• keeping contact with the customer’s Finance/Accounting team,
• working closely with internal developers and IT consultants,
• providing on site support to clients during the implementations and go live period,
• holding trainings and presentations for peers and clients,
• coordinating the relationships with clients and development team during the implementation processes,
• preparing the documentation of the functional design, writing business specifications and testing,
• working on domestic and international projects of customers in various industries,
• acquiring and developing professional skills, participating in trainings, following best practices and project methodologies.

What we expect from you:

• degree in Finance and Accounting,
• at least 3 years experience gained as an accountant or financial controller,
• good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV,
• good presentation and training skills and experience in stakeholder management,
• good command of English, both in speaking and writing,
• striving for continuous learning and development, diligence and responsible attitude,
• good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/AX is an advantage.

ERP Support Specialist

Our global manufacturing partner is looking for an

ERP Support Specialist

who will support, improve and operate MS Dynamics AX systems.

The job:

• Investigate and analyze upcoming issues and requests coming from the user community and deliver the resolution in a timely manner.
• Fix system issues/bugs and work together with Shared Services AX, BI or other developers and helpdesk, if needed.
• Provide the necessary help to the supported users to ensure their smooth administration in Dynamics system.
• Investigate possible solutions for new requirements in existing system.
• Create functional design and translate new business process into system language.
• After AX implementation is finished by a company location, spend time at the new customer on site, get knowledge of new business processes and take over support work from implementation team.

The requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Functional support consultant experience in logistics or production planning or manufacturing or commercial modules of an ERP system (MS Dynamics AX, Oracle, SAP).
• Experience in daily support of business processes, troubleshooting and functional design of new business requests.
• Willingness to travel (1 week per month).
• Personality features: process-based mindset, interpersonal and problem solving skills, customer focused, result oriented, self-driven.

The job:

• Actively participate in the design, setup, test, conversion and go-live phases.
• Work with key users, understand business needs, create functional design documents and development specifications.
• Test the solution, help in training sessions.
  
• Initiate and pursue process improvements to facilitate processing within Dynamics AX and in order to help the users to manage their tasks more efficiently.
• Provide day to day functional support for entities working in Dynamics AX environment worldwide.
