Feladatok:

  • Komplex IT-biztonsági környezet létrehozása és fenntartása, amely magában foglalja a hálózat-, biztonság-, mobilitás- és IT-menedzsment termékeket (tűzfalak, switchek, NGN APT)
  • Vevő által specifikált esetek tesztelése labor környezetben.
  • A technikai kérdések megoldása az alábbiak szerint:
    – Elemezze a rendelkezésre álló adatokat a gyökér okok azonosítására és szűkítésére.
    – A problémák megoldására szolgáló módszerek meghatározása.
    – Ismertesse a technikai kérdést a támogató mérnököknek.
  • Ellenőrizze az alkalmazás kódjának javításait, mielőtt hivatalos verzió fut az ügyfél által felépített környezetben:
    – Részvétel a termékfejlesztéshez kapcsolódó tervezési találkozókon.
    – Javasolja és írja le a termékek támogathatóságának javítását.
    – Tesztstratégiák tervezése a legjobb gyakorlatok felhasználásával.

Elvárások:

  • IT biztonsági technológiák szilárd ismerete.
  • Minimum 5 év tapasztalat IT hálózati területen.
  • Tapasztalat Linux / Unix környezetben.
  • Scripting képesség Bash, Perl vagy Python nyelven.
  • Tesztelési módszerek ismerete.
  • Virtualizációs ismeretek.
  • Szoftver és hálózati problémák logikus és analitikus hibaelhárítására való képesség.
  • Világos és reprodukálható hibákra vonatkozó jelentések írására való képesség.
  • Kiszolgálószoftverek és -hardverek konfigurálásában, telepítésében és hibaelhárításában szerzett tapasztalat Windows és Linux környezetben.

The job:

  • Build and maintain a complex IT security environment which include network, security, mobility and IT management products (Firewalls, Switches, NGN APT)
  • Execute customer scenarios in a lab environment.
  • Resolve technical issues by doing the following:

    – Identify methods to resolve issues.

  • Verify code fixes before delivering an official version into a customer environment:

The requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working on network topologies.
  • Hands on experience working with Linux/Unix environments.
  • Scripting ability in Bash, Perl or Python.
  • Exposure to performance, load and stress testing methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to logically and analytically troubleshoot software and network issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear and reproducible defects reports, and test results.
  • Experience configuring, installing, and troubleshooting server software and hardware in a Windows and Linux environment.
  • Familiar with OS and network system installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Linux, network sniffers (such as Wireshark), packet replay.
  • Ability to create SQL queries on the MS SQL server database – advantage.

  • Knowledge of VMware -VSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, and PGSQL – advantage.

  • Act as team representative for weekly capacity management review meetings.

Within ET the Instrumentation Engineering team is responsible for developing and deploying the tools and systems used to manage this complex environment.  This toolset performs a wide variety of functions including fault and performance management, configuration management and security.

The job:

  • The candidate is responsible for engineering and supporting network management and instrumentation solutions for a multi-platform global network.
  • The role requires proficiency in systems engineering with a focus on UNIX systems, Perl scripting and network management technologies.
  • This role will include a focus on testing and development of software defined networking (SDN) solutions.
  • A familiarity with networking technologies and multiple vendor platforms is also beneficial.
  • The person should be able to take high level direction and execute independently utilizing skills across all disciplines.

The requirements:

  • BSc degree in IT or equivalent experience.

IT Strategy and Solution Manager 

who will be responsible for Growth Markets.

The IT Strategy and Solution Manager role is based around the Technical Solution Manager competency and aligned to the internal IT requirement for Growth Markets.

The ISSM role switches between strategy and solution depending on the time of year. The focus shifts to strategy and business case mode during the Spring and Fall Plan cycles and shifts into support of solution execution in the remainder of the year. The ISSM represents the Growth Markets Unit in global IT strategy and technical strategy alignment cross tower, and business units and provides technical direction to the GMT teams.  The ISSM establishes directions that are the foundation of the integrated solutions design and is part of the technical and business reviews to ensure there is alignment. In addition, the role provides technical guidance and solution support for unique Growth Market Team (GMT) requirements.

The job:

  • Work with the Growth Market Teams to understand customer requirements, budget and recommend technical solution direction aligned with strategy.
  • Lead and develop high level solutions and business cases in support of GMU unique requirements throughout the year however timed more specifically around Spring and Fall Plan time. Solutions would be in support of cost take out, analytics, and
  • Provide direction to Solution Architects to design and cost the best solutions.
  • Participate in business and technical reviews before management decisions are taken to invest.
  • Accountable for all activities related to global and GMU IT strategy alignment.
  • Lead the requirements from the GMT representatives and linking those requirements to solution.
  • Lead business case development and strategy documentation.
  • Manage the GMT relationship during the technical solution process.
  • Work with local teams – managers and technical personnel.
  • Work IGA teams and with external suppliers as needed.
  • Ensure the technical solutions are aligned to proposed IT investments.
  • Define business and solution requirements.
  • End to End Solution – Design and cost estimate of all business and technical elements.
  • Documenting business benefits and estimating the benefit.
  • Establishing the initial cost model and implementation schedule.
  • Work with SMEs as needed to prepare presentation material to stakeholders – GMTs and Global to seek agreement and sign-off.
  • Ensure successful hand-off of the solution to the technical delivery team.
