Technical Support Specialist
who will responsible for supporting customers and software developers.
The requirements:
- At least BSc degree in IT.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience in technical support or similar role.
- Understanding networking and server technologies.
- Understanding testing methodologies.
- Customer oriented thinking.
- Strong problem solving skills.
