Supporting Project Management Office in the creation and maintenance of portfolio, budgets, resources and forecasts.
Providing transparent view of project portfolio.

Provide preparation support and facilitation including logistics, meeting minutes, and also ensure adherence to demand and portfolio schedule.
Creating reports on project planning, project status and gate reviews, management dashboards including project, portfolio and dashboard views.
Gather requirements, business needs and ideas and consolidate for tools roadmap.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support portfolio manager in these initiatives.
You have university education, preferably in IT or business.
Excellent written and spoken English.
At least 2 years of industry experience working in a project management office and you also have experience in governance, processes and reporting.
Experience as project manager and qualification is an advantage.
You have strong communication, collaborating and interpersonal skills to manage conflicting interests within a complex environment.
You have strong customer focus.
You have attention to detail and analytical mindset with outstanding ability to collect and synthesize large amounts of data into a concise, straightforward format.
You have demonstrated ability to compose correspondence and content materials which often require an understanding of IT specific subject matter.

Our unit develops various Software and IT solutions supporting services delivered by Ericsson to its customers. As a Global Deployment Manager you will be in charge for deployment of our product to customers and end-users.
Lead deployment team of 7-8 (project managers and solution architects) on and offsite.
Lead roll-out and migration of new software and solutions to our customers.
Make sure customer installations are running on an up-to date and secure SW revision.
Regularly participate on meetings with customer units, and with end-customers.
Build good relation with Ericsson’s customer units and regional management, lead regional steering group meetings.
Program management of deployment, synchronize projects ensure processes are followed.
Design common deployment and sales processes together with connected platforms.
Handle customization requests, collect demands and forward to development units.
MSc or BSc degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field.

IT Strategy and Solution Manager
who will be responsible for Growth Markets.
The IT Strategy and Solution Manager role is based around the Technical Solution Manager competency and aligned to the internal IT requirement for Growth Markets.
The ISSM role switches between strategy and solution depending on the time of year. The focus shifts to strategy and business case mode during the Spring and Fall Plan cycles and shifts into support of solution execution in the remainder of the year. The ISSM represents the Growth Markets Unit in global IT strategy and technical strategy alignment cross tower, and business units and provides technical direction to the GMT teams. The ISSM establishes directions that are the foundation of the integrated solutions design and is part of the technical and business reviews to ensure there is alignment. In addition, the role provides technical guidance and solution support for unique Growth Market Team (GMT) requirements.
Work with the Growth Market Teams to understand customer requirements, budget and recommend technical solution direction aligned with strategy.
Lead and develop high level solutions and business cases in support of GMU unique requirements throughout the year however timed more specifically around Spring and Fall Plan time. Solutions would be in support of cost take out, analytics, and
Provide direction to Solution Architects to design and cost the best solutions.

Establishing the initial cost model and implementation schedule.
Work with SMEs as needed to prepare presentation material to stakeholders – GMTs and Global to seek agreement and sign-off.
Ensure successful hand-off of the solution to the technical delivery team.
At least BSc degree (IT preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English.
Experience in creating IT strategy.

Experience with network, voice and telco solutions.
Experience in business case development.
Experience in supporting infrastructure analytics solutions to manage IT to improve efficiency.
