As an Project Manager you will be responsible for the following:
Manage and deliver overall project
Responsible for maximizing the value of the project to the business unit
Provide continuity of resources to the extent possible through all project stages and during transition into support
Responsible for obtaining endorsements and approval for project plans
Assure adequate communication and coordination processes among Stakeholders
Identify critical issues
Identify, communicate, and manage project risks

Define and manage the schedule to achieve project objectives

Assess “E2E processes” and applications in roll-out companies / NatCos and continuous development of the template according to its guiding – or design principles (in German: Leitplanken).
Define project tasks and resource requirements.
Manage international, virtual teams.
Steer the IT units to design the technical solutions required for the rollout.
Build and drive Task Forces to solve critical technical issues.
Participate, present and defend your standpoint in local and central management meetings.
Continuously monitor, evaluate and improve project progress.
Report to head of controlling-project within One.Finance/One.ERP.
Ensure high quality and on time production of all deliverables
At least Bachelor’s Degree.
Strong communication skills in English or German.
5 years experience in global ERP deployments.
Knowledge of SAP solutions.
Project management experience.
People management experience.
Willingness to travel within Europe.

Our unit develops various systems and software for supporting services delivered by Ericsson to its customers. The tools cover a wide scope such as remote access, network planning and network performance monitoring. As part a solution architect you will be responsible for collection and definition of requirements, high level design of the system and for ensuring the system fulfills the requirements.
Operative leading of the design and integration of a remote access IT solution.
Lead a team of 5-10 network and system integration engineers.
Scope, define and design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions.
Analyze existing solution, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis.
Agree on deliverables and deadlines with stakeholders.
Plan and estimate activities.
Define acceptance criteria for the deliverables.
Create and prioritize activities in the product backlog of the team.
Handle the Kanban board of the team.
Ensure team delivers full solutions, network designs, installation packages, configuration materials, documentation.
Report progress towards the main Product Owner.
Ensure coordination with other teams.
Agree on solution requirements with the Enterprise Architect.
Develop technical presentations and proposals and perform customer presentations.
MSc or BSc degree in computer science, engineering or related.
