Feladatok:

  • Scrum folyamatok működésének biztosítása a scrum csapatban.
  • 6-8 fős agilis csapat támogatása, akadályok elhárítása.
  • Kapcsolattartás a product ownerrel és a stakeholderekkel.
  • A csapat tejlesítményének monitorozása, optimalizálása.
  • A csapat célorientáltságának fenntartása.

Elvárások:

  • Scrum módszertani ismeretek.
  • 3-5 év scrum masteri tapasztalat.
  • Szoftverfejlesztői tapasztalat.
  • Jó kommunikáció, jó konfliktuskezelés.
  • Magas empátia.
  • Proaktív, célorientált attitűd.

as part of the software development team you will be responsible for quality assurance of the Network Deployment Delivery Platform product.

The job:

  • Coordinate cross-functional software development team of 6-8.
  • Promote self-organization within team by servant leadership.
  • Coach team in their application of core scrum/agile principles and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Solve daily problems, discover efficiency bottlenecks, remove impediments.
  • Facilitate meetings: daily stand-up, backlog refinement, sprint turnover, etc.
  • Protect team from complacency or over-commit.
  • Ensure transparency, promote stakeholder involvement.
  • Ensure synchronization with other teams (both external and internal).

The requirements:

  • MSc or BSc degree in computer science, engineering or related.
  • Minimum 3-year experience in a leading role (scrum master, team lead, project manager)
  • Pro-active approach coupled with servant leading.
  • Experience in retro techniques (process improvement, team mentoring).
  • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitator skills.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies, processes.
  • Good command of English and Hungarian.
  • Experience with continuous integration.
  • Scrum certification is an advantage.

Service Delivery Tools Delivery Unit develops various tools supporting services delivered by Ericsson to its customers. The tools cover a wide scope such as network design and configuration and remote access. for one of the cross functional teams in the CUDB area.

CUDB is a distributed, in-memory, highly scalable, highly available and geographically distributed database solution optimized for low latency (time response) and support for a very high throughput for the subscriber data stored on it.

Main tasks:

  • Facilitate/make sure team(s) are up and running (facilitate agile ceremonies)
  • Coach teams in their application of core Agile/Lean principles and lead by the Agile/Lean principles and values
  • Challenge the teams and organizations to try new things
  • Challenge the team to be as realistic (don’t pad estimates) and efficient (don’t over-engineer the product) as possible
  • Encourages teams to be proactive and self-organizing
  • Impediment remover in close cooperation with the line managers
  • Drive and encourage a continuous improvement culture
  • Acts as a shield the team from interference and guard the process and to maximize team efficiency and output
  • Talk and cooperate with other Agile Coaches to share best practices, solve common problems and improve the process
  • Assure Lean/Agile training to the teams
  • Coach/help the PO and provide feedback
  • Change agent in the Agile transformation
  • Collaboration conductor (helps building individual and team collaboration)
  • Interface by default to the team
